Before starting any type of training, we want to understand how your body is positioned. To do this, we will conduct a series of movement and stability evaluations to better understand your body’s positioning. This ensures a safe, risk-free environment.
Second Step: Gradual Progression
Once we understand your body’s positioning, we will develop a personalized approach to your specific training needs. We’ll start with beginner-friendly exercises that focus on mastering proper form. Instead of pushing for intensity, we prioritize technique, safety, and consistency.
