Step 1: Movement Evaluations
Before even touching training equipment, we want to see where you are at physically. In order to do this, we will conduct a series of movement evaluations to test mobility and strength. By doing this, we ensure a personalized, injury-free program for you.
Step 2: Progressive Training
Once it is time to start introducing equipment, we take training at the pace that your body needs. Over time, weight and difficulty will increase, but all of this is set at your pace ensuring an injury-free, successful session. Each session is 1 hour set to maximize what your body can handle.
Step 3: Equipment Variability
