Policies
Cancellation:
- You must notify your instructor and receive confirmation (verbal/text/email) 24 hours in advance in order to have the session moved to another day and not lose your session credit.
- You have a 1 time use to cancel in less than 24 hours and have it made up within 7 days with no explanation.
- If notified, your trainer will try to work out a time where it can be made up within 7 days. It must be made up within those 7 days otherwise the session will be lost and still paid for.
- If the trainer cancels WITHIN a 24-hour period, the client will not have a session tallied toward them for training that day and the trainer will seek to make up that missed time as soon as possible.
- If the trainer cancels with MORE than 24 hours, you shall not be entitled to a free session, but the training session shall be rescheduled to ensure consistency of a workout program
- Once a 4 or 10 session package is purchased, they are non-refundable.
- If the 20 or 40 session package is purchased and the client seeks to cancel early, they will have to pay a $25 fee in addition to paying for the previous sessions at their higher value. For example, if someone buys the 40 session package and used 10 of the sessions, there will be an additional $100 charge on top of the $25.
Short/Long Term Absences:
- If a consistent workout program needs to be Halted for a client's vacation, medical, or other purposes, it can be halted a maximum of 6 months before the sessions purchased, expire. (No refunds)
- If your program is Halted, you will still be billed during that time if a payment plan is set up for a larger package.
